Cheng Shuk Han is a co-inventor of Vitargent’s transgenic medaka fish.
Her lab also works with zebrafish to investigate how molecules and chemicals interact in regulating the fascinating processes of embryonic development and adult organ regeneration.
Research aims include the development of nanomedicines and techniques to regenerate heart tissue.
