As deputy director of the EPFL’s Integrative Food Science and Nutrition Centre, Stefan Meyer works to bring food and nutrition experts from different disciplines together, to collaborate on research and establish links with industry.

The Centre’s goals are to improve the means of food production, reduce waste and develop new foods that can, for example, be used to treat certain diseases.
